One of the oldest Russian and Ukrainian cuisine restaurants in Ekaterinburg.
The interior is designed in Kuban farm style with an authentic Russian stove which
is fired every evening. The menu includes classic Russian tableful dishes: pickles,
jellied meat, lard, old rooster borsch, vareniki (dumplings) and three-meat pelmeni
in old Ukrainian style, stuffed savoy cabbage rolls, 20-layer honey cake with sour
cream. It is recommended to start your meal with specialty Malinovka liqueur and
to finish with Kedrach digestif.
